Just a day

As you can see I have added some things to my side bar, I am starting to figure out this whole blog thing after all. Today was a busy morning but now at 1:00 I find myself with nothing to do. I went to Vilonia this morning to meet mom and give her my application for a job at ASU Beebe, then we wondered around dollar general for a little while. After I left there I went to walmart, and managed to spend more money than I planned on, which is easy to do. Then I came home, carried everything inside from the car, pet the front yard dogs, we call them Tony and Winston, and came inside to put everything away. Then I went and pet the back yard dogs, then I went down the deck steps and went into what we call, PUPPY LAND! We have to block of the deck to the puppies cause they will get on it and fall off and it a pretty good ways down. It is very hot here today, so I went and got the water hose and sprayed the puppies down so that maybe they would not get to hot. The puppies did not like this to much, there plan for revenge, to jump all over me and get muddy paw prints on my clothes. Needless to say I had paw prints from my shoulders to my heels. So then I had to do a load of laundry. But now I find myself with nothing more to do. So I thought I would get on here and work on my blog a little bit.

Puppies, Puppies and More Puppies

These puppies have had a rough start at life. There mommy got really sick and had to be put to sleep due to an infection. Annie, the mommy, was a stray that came to me and Michael while she was pregnant. She had 11 puppies! 9 boys and 2 girls. They were a little rough looking at first but after spending some time and getting some TLC from grandma and grandpa Johnston they are big and strong and full of play.

The Puppy Pool

We got a pool for the dogs to get in when its hot, to help cool them off. However, the dogs do not see it this way. They see it as a torture device. We have been trying to put them in it so that they can get used to it but so far that is not working. Here are some pictures that we took trying to get them used to the puppy pool

Our 4th of July

Our 4th of July was fun for some of us, however, Red did not think it was very fun. He hates fire works. He spent all night under our bed and would not come out even for food. Molly didn't mind the fireworks though she stayed out there with me while I took pictures of the fireworks. Other than having a scared puppy dog, the night was pretty fun.

Me and Michael live together in Conway Arkansas. We have 3 furry little children. Red, Molly and Yagi.

They are all very good dogs, who have found a good home with us. Red is the one laying on the couch with his tongue out. Molly is the black and white one and Yagi is the little guy laying on the couch, this picture was taken right after he got a bath
